Can anyone advise where we can source safety footwear for a member of staff unable to fit the usual makes due to "problems" with their feet.

Nigel,
I am sure that there are many footwear manufacturers out there who can provide you with "tailor made specials".
However,at a previous organisation we used to use a Company called "Goliath" based at Heckmondwike in West Yorkshire, tel.01924 413217 who were able to provide us with this service.
It's a few years since I used them, but at least it might be a starting point for you.

We know of two companies who apparently make orthopaedic/special needs shoes.
J Saunders-Manning, Croydon 020 8684 2364 and
