Posted By Michael Webb I have today been on a demonstration of the above equipment with a view to purchasing for our housing maintenance team. My initial impressions were pretty good, but how suitable for certain tasks (replacing hip tiles on roofs / repairing chimneys) it would be, l am unsure. Does anyone have any experience, good or bad, of this equipment?

Posted By Ross Stirton One of the companies I support installs u-pvc barge boards, etc. They purchased some Easi Dec but encountered difficuties whilst using it, from the manual handling perspective. They are now using MAC products, which they find much better. Call Allan Biggar on 0161 439 0142 for more info (or to purchase some second-hand Easi Dec). Regards, Ross Stirton

Posted By Michael Webb My thoughts entirely - Very impressed with the single platforms for, say, pointing brickwork etc. Anybody used it for roof work?
