Posted By Ciaran McAleenan Martin I am e-mailing you a procedure that describes a format for producing safety procedures. I used this format successfully when developing a safety management system for a Government department a couple of years back. The system won the ZM/ IOSH supreme award in the UK in 1999. Also on the following website you will find a sample confined spaces safety procedure, using a similar format; http://www.web-safety.co...res/SampleProcedures.htm Hope this helps. Give me a call anytime if you want to discuss it further. Regards Ciaran McAleenan mailto:ciaran@confinedspaces.com Tel: 0802 945017
