Posted By Tony Harmsworth I think you will find that there are no legal limits on this. Hydrocarbon storage / legislation is based on its flash point, which for lubricants is usually well above any legal standards, i.e. 23C. Best practice usually says that only small quantities are kept on the shop floor. Try talking to one one of the large oil companies they are usually happy to help.
