Secondly: Has anyone undertaken a risk assesment for staff who go into smoke rooms to clean? If so what controls have you put in place to minimise the affects of passive smoking?

Posted By Robert Woods The HSC has recommended to the government that there should be an ACOP drawn up using the findings of the 1999 consultation document. In the mean time we should all be working to the HSE IND[G] 63 revised Passive smoking at work. In answer to the second part of your question, only employ cleaners who smoke. [Only Joking]
