Does anyone have an accident recording database/software package that they would recommend to a local authority with 10,000 staff and countless clients ?! We need to produce analysis reports of what is happening to whom, where and why. If your system is the biz please contact me

I use Norton Waugh's ARRAN (now part of Croner CCH).
While I only have 750 staff, I do have about 22,000 students

We also use a bespoke version of Norton Waugh's system and have done so as group of companies for about 5 year's. Very easy to use and we have successfully reduced accidents, and related E.L. claims, since it's introduction. Robert Smith is the person to contact. Their website address is www.nortonwaugh.co.uk.

Having used Arran in all three guises since it started it's OK but there is better out there. Try contacting Ulysses on 0238 0238 108 or their site at www.ulysses.co.uk. Their system is called Safeguard Incident. VFM and support are streets ahead.
