The HR department of the company I work for is in the process of setting up a database/master sets of technical type questions (for all disciplines) which can be used, when interviewing prospective candidates. As the Safety Department is the smallest can anyone out there, give me a starter for ten, to get the ball rolling and make life a bit easier when interviewing individuals for the role of Safety Advisor. Thank you in advance.
