Posted By Nigel We have several hundred sales "reps" who have in the past missed out on health & safety training. Obviously any training that is delivered would be based on both the legal requirements and as a result of risk assessment. Has anyone got experience of undertaking these. We can see little point re-inventing the wheel so if anyone has any forms and/or ideas they are willing to share,we would be very grateful. We believe that the major risks are driving related, lone working, stress and manual handling - however in-house data does not suggest these are actually an issue. All comments welcomed.
