I am looking for best practice in Risk assessment management.
If anyone has a formula 1 system or software that makes risk assessment databases easy to manage and maintain please get in touch.
I would like to tailor our own database so that it is easier to follow, communicate down the line and review as appropriate on time. I would like to visit any sites (with their permission) to see first hand how and what they do to manage their procedures etc.
Hope someone can help on this topic?
Regards,
Nick

Try this guy at Enable Infomatrix - excellent range of software and reasonable too. You can actually identify who, where and when actions are required. Worth speaking to and just say Warren referred you.
dominic.howkins@myeix.com
They enable you to use forms of your own design electronically using a 'digital' pen and sends out information via SMS for action addressees etc.
Definately worth a look.
