Posted By garyh I used to manage these. Done properly, it is a large, complex undertaking. The 3 mantras are Planning, planning, and........planning! If you are more specific, more help could be available!

I managed to avoid full live play and tick all the boxes with annual smaller scale stuff. Liaise with your planning unit.

Posted By SteveD-M There are options for a seminar type approach as apposed to the full blown live ex. Agree with the above planning, planning and more planning... There are consultancies out there that will help however buyer beware..They come in all ranges of competency. That is why I decided to run them in house. But it does take up time.
