Posted By AJM Hi, Sorry for asking but i am currently working out accident figures in a sector i have not done so before as in Labour agencies. As you can imagine its not like a normal factory i have worked in in the past as there is a lot of transiant labour. I am interested how people would suggest logging these figures and if anyone has some sort of template or could assist me in any way it would be most appreciated as i want to get it right. Regards Alan

Posted By Tabs Hi Alan, I think I am missing your point - accident rates are normally a function of accidents occurring per number of hours worked. Your sector doesn't change the way things are collated and calculated do they? If you have no system already set up to capture hours worked (it probably exists because someone works out what to charge every month) you need to take an educated guess and ask people to hone your guesses as you go along. Is there an expansion to your question?

Posted By SteveD-M Agree with Tabs.. If it is about just recording your stats..try this. http://www.hsfb.co.uk/Do...N%20ACCIDENT%20STATS.xlt If it is more about benchmarking then we need to know a little more.
