Posted By Tabs Hi Alan, I think I am missing your point - accident rates are normally a function of accidents occurring per number of hours worked. Your sector doesn't change the way things are collated and calculated do they? If you have no system already set up to capture hours worked (it probably exists because someone works out what to charge every month) you need to take an educated guess and ask people to hone your guesses as you go along. Is there an expansion to your question?
