Hi

One of my colleagues is an employment training Project Manager, Ben Elton, and he runs a team in Hull that gets people into work.

Quote "there are similar organisations to his across the country that have funding to enable everyone to go into work including those claiming Incapacity Benefits and Disability Living Allowance, all Job Centre Plus centres have Disability Employment Advisors and this should be this persons first port of call, they not only advise the individual but also support that individual in work and can consult with the employer on their behalf."

Ben is also an above knee amputee that lost his leg while serving in the Army 2004, he also runs a Stunt extra and casualty simulation company that supplies amputee actors for the film industry, HSE and Military. If you want to contact him for motivational reasons, please give me a shout - if you cant find him on the www!

Regards

Linda
