my weaknesses
specialist skills
i am real struggling on the specialist skills in what do they mean is doing risk assessmnts a specialist skill or writing method statements. Can someone plese clarify

I'd say they're looking for x-ray vision, ability to flame-on etc.
How about IT skills? Languages? Training in what particular operatives might do for their day job?

I think the specialist skill question is not looking for routine safety stuff but something that makes you unique.
I would answer - I am a Chemist with an analytical mind that I apply to all Safety situations, or my skills gained in customer service whilst managing a sweet shop assist me when interacting with people of all functional levels
Or something like that :) -
