I would like to know what HSEQ headings and sub folders are required to be accessable in a business collaboration system for a construction project.

Not sure there is any set formula or standard. I would speak with the Document Controller who may be able to assist, otherwise it is your choice I guess. If looking for a aid memoir you might like to browse headings from CDM regs, method statement, pre-tender documents company procedures or some other Client related documentation.
