Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction, for drawing up a training matrix, just want something simple and straight-to-the-point.

All help gratefully appreciated

Hi Lisal, the easiest way is to create a simple chart with all the training topics along the top and the workforce names down the side. Use a colour indication for "required", "completed" or "not required" and write the relevant dates (either completed or valid to). The training topics will be identified via the conclusions of risk assessments, as will the specific personnel who need the training.

If you use Excel or a more complex database programme you can make it as complex, interactive and tranferable as you need.
