Hi all, do we need to fill in the "HSE accident book" if we are filling in our own accident / incident forms (kept at head office and filled away, conatining all relevant detail) - data protection act compliant etc.

no need to complete an accident book if you are recording accidents and incidents in another way. you only need to confirm that the information on the reporting forms record all the info required...
