Can a construction company opening new sites all the time reuse the old poster (they have loads) or do they have to buy the 'new' poster each time a new site is opened?

Providing the poster is in good condition and readable along with the correct information then it is OK. But, remember the posters have now changed so why not take the opportunity to provide the new poster and dispose of the old ones. It would be much easier and the cost is quite small.

Its a hypothetical question Bob, a mate in the construction game has put the question to me as he has been told he needs a 'new' poster for every 'new' site.

They will buy new posters, he just wanted some clarity on where he stood.

If you have loads of old posters, the best thing would be to re-use them. This will save costs and also an eco-friendly initiative. You don’t have to use new posters as suggested in previous post (not until another 5 years anyway)
