Can someone let me know whether A1 & V1 certifications can be obtained through online programs. Is attending workshops mandatory? Please also give me details of online/ distance learning course providers.

Hi Prads.
I may be a little out of date but when I did my A1 I also needed candidates who were completing NVQ's to assess, so that I could be assessed on my assessment of the candidate. I would imagine completing the V1 would need similar access to candidate portfolio's.
I'm not aware of any distance learning programs.
