Posted By Tanya Boyce An interesting point that has just arisen whilst talking with a first aider:
A number of our staff wear SOS talisman braclets that contain a slip of papaer detailing serious medical conditions and medication allergies. Our first aid team was unaware of them. The use of one word neck pendants for common medication allergies was explained in their training but not the concept of the braclets.
Just a thought - its worth checking if your first aiders understand what they are.
