Afternoon,

We have just completed our three year Audit by the wonderful people from the BSI,we got pulled on on one non conformance- daily inspections of MEWPS not being recorded.Does anyone have an Inspection Sheet I could use as a template.

With the amount of paper work the engineers do I am surprised they have any time to do any work..(DAB'S-Tool box talks-H&S site campaigns Near Miss Reporting-)

Sorry about moaning I am in a hot office after a stressful day.

We got the BSI-thumbs up for 18001.
