Posted By Robert_N Please forgive the title to this thread and the content of it but this site has always seen me right in the past.
In this financial climate I feel I must lift my game in areas which I never wanted to, I pride myself on being good at my job and till now I feel this has paved my way but now I find myself having to play the management game. I am after any meeting agenda layouts and task type action plans which I can record all task done and update each day, as I believe most companies are big bosses are working out what everyone is doing so to be cost effective. I am looking for a good easy useable understandable format.
Any and all help much needed

Posted By A Campbell Robert,
I have always made up a priority list separating legislative requirement or best practice, updated on a weekly basis to my director who reports to the board. When projects are closed they stay on for a while, then transfer them to a rolling closed item sheet.
It's more to do with project management than just a way to show what I have been doing just for the sake of how effective I am with the company, but is always a useful tool!
