Fire/what to do if you hear the alarm/what to do if you discover a fire Violence from others Contact numbers for emergency services / maintenance contractor / gas / electrics / water/ first aid provisions / welfare / PPE / ascertain exactly what their powers are and induct etc. HTH's

Posted By A Campbell Anjum, I take it you are not based in the UK? The fact that you have been asked appears that your employer expects you to be competent in understanding the hazards & risks that the security personnel may be exposed to?
