Posted By Pete Longworth I know it's not health and safety related, unless you include the stress of it all but I make no apologies in wanting to wish the CLARETS good luck at Wembley on Monday UTC

Posted By Pete Longworth Hopefully there will be 37000 from each side, both groups showing how well football fans can behave at an occasion such as this. £60m at stake for the winning team.

Posted By bereznikov Hmm Pete, As a Blackburn fan, your comment should maybe provoke a negative response from me....BUT...I think it would be great to have another couple of league derbies against Burnley to look forwards to next season in the premier league...6 points in the bag is always valuable. What is the aggregate score sicne this last happened?....Blackburn 7-0 Burnley...if i remember correctly ;-) bereznikov

Posted By Pete Longworth Maybe so, but our record against premiership opposition, particularly 2 of the big 4, stands up to scutiny against your's this season I believe.

Posted By bereznikov Our record this season has been non-existant...against antone, nevermind the top teams. Also, its not even as if there has been attractive football to keep the fans watching. Oh well, I'm sure with Allardice at the helm and with a summer to make changes, the football will be amazing next season, just like he did at Bolton....:-( Are you going down? I've got a few mates going down, they invited me...but I'm washing my hair this weekend.

Posted By Pete Longworth I will deffo be there. I went in 94 when we beat Stockport. Somehow this time means so much more. The whole town and surrounding area has gone mental. They have even put claret and blue lighting in the town hall clock. Where I work the whole factory will be empty on Monday (usually stays open on bank holidays.) Free season tickets, compliments of the club chairman, for existing ST holders next year if we win. UTC
