Posted By MetalMan I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of any relevent legislation and guidance regarding complying with UK and international Maritime Health and Safety laws. Is there a accepted international standard or does each country vary in the type and level of Health and Safety regulation set? Any help greatly appreciated.

Posted By Challenor Hi, It all comes under the Merchant Shipping Act 1985. That seems to cover just about all H & S aboard UK flagged ships.
