I work for a company with international operations (security and travel risks) Does anyone have an example on
an Emergency response plan
that I would need to implement for the employees on my site.

Thanks Martin, but what I had in mind was more in link with a situation where "a plane might crash" and i have an emergency situation. (how things are done, by whom)

You are probably looking in the wrong place for this as it generally comes under a more specialist heading of Business Continuity.
IOSH run a course for this and you might also search the web for decent articles and links.
Designing the policy / procedure will depend on your organisation, structure, regional office setup, HR management processes, travel policy ......
Business Continuity has emerged from a field of disciplines - not least of which is H&S. Perhaps it is something IOSH could get more involved with as many members are responsible for this 'new hat' as well.
I think that Branches might consider as a viable topic for the monthly meeting as many will be involved in such activities, even if they are not directly responsible.
There are one or two 'BC dabblers' around here!
