Posted By Marie Moschkowitz I work for a company with international operations (security and travel risks) Does anyone have an example on an Emergency response plan that I would need to implement for the employees on my site.

Posted By Steve M Granger Marie You are probably looking in the wrong place for this as it generally comes under a more specialist heading of Business Continuity. IOSH run a course for this and you might also search the web for decent articles and links. Designing the policy / procedure will depend on your organisation, structure, regional office setup, HR management processes, travel policy ...... Business Continuity has emerged from a field of disciplines - not least of which is H&S. Perhaps it is something IOSH could get more involved with as many members are responsible for this 'new hat' as well. I think that Branches might consider as a viable topic for the monthly meeting as many will be involved in such activities, even if they are not directly responsible. There are one or two 'BC dabblers' around here! Steve
