Posted By tanya aspinall I work for a university as a H&S officer, and have been asked to provide guidance on transporting chemicals (chemicals bought from manufacturers such as Sigma-Aldrich, and also chemicals synthesised in the labs)both within the university (ie. between different buildings on the campus) and also to other destinations (ie. other universities both within the UK and wordwide). Does anyone have any suggestions/information on what type of packaging (secondary containment, etc) and paperwork should be included in the guidance information I am producing. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Posted By Chris Packham You might try contacting the Chemical Hazard Communication Society as this is their special area. Chris
