Posted By Stephen Mitchell J The reason you have had no reply is undoubtedly due to copyright restrictions on the document you have asked for. However as of Sept 1st the HSE will be making priced documents such as the G and L series freely available on their website (they will be in pdf format) Cheers Steve

Posted By Adam Worth I didn't see it as a copyright issue? I assumed the poster was just complying with DSE regs by being lazy and not wanting to type it out? Anyway sorted now!

Posted By J Fennel Thanks for the response and no I did not want to type it out, but why would I, when other versions already exist. No point in being a busy fool. Thanks again for your help. J

Posted By Stuart99 Check the message below your post, as this is copyright covered material probably best not to request it on an open forum

Posted By Heather Collins I think you may be wrong in stating that copyright issues exist here. Firstly the HSE has now made this document freely available on the HSE Books website (link given above). Secondly in Appendix 4 where these checklists are printed it says "The checklists may be copied freely or may be used to help design your own assessment checklist." It wold be pretty dumb if the HSE gave a sample checklist (which is very useful BTW - I have used it for years to do MH assessments) and then said you couldn't copy it!
