Hi all,
I am probably about 70% through completing my ipd portfolio, but currently stuck with Element 4.
I am looking to undertake 4.1 & 4.2, any guidance would be of help in which way to tackle this element.
To give you a guide the area I work within is the Construction Industry.

4.1 Appraising assessment and control standards, legislation and guidance.
4.2 Identifying and evaluating health and safety hazards.

Hi Chris, I did 4.1 and carried out an audit of a site stipulating non conformances in relation to legislation. I produced the report as evidence which was also pictorial. I got good feedback for it when I submitted it. Now waiting for Peer Review in November. I did 4.7 so can't help you with 4.2
