Hello there fellows, We are a Irish company and just opened a UK office. I have our Irish H&S Statement with all Risk Assessments up to date etc... I am currently writing up a version for the UK office. Can anyone tell me or would anyone be willing to have a read over my UK version just to make sure that I am complying with the UK legislation as I am totally unaware of UK H&S legislation. Go on to the HSE web site. You will find that there is a new style H&S policy which was brought in during September this year. Its one page and has all the details you need to compile a policy to UK requirements. It’s easy.
