Hi all

I am wondering if anyone has a gap analysis checklist for 18001 that they would be willing to share?

Regards

The gap analysis checklist is the specification itself. In order for the task to be done correctly the lead auditor needs to develop it for the organisation in question. It is part of the reason why charges areas they are for good quality assessments.

I agree with Boblewis
Populate a table with:
18001 Clause & requirements in the L column
What you have in place at your Company / or don;t have in place in the middle column
Actions required with timescales / responsibilties etc in the R column
Easy

Have a look at OHSAS 18002. It gives you a lot of information and should point you in the correct direction.
