Hi Folks Does anyone have any recommended equipment to assist people to remove loads from a loft space? The scenario is one where I would know I would be coming to remove a quantity of items (generic RA) but until I get there I would not be sure on the quantity or method of packing. Also the next time I would perform such a task would be in a different loft space. Easy to use, portable... my thoughts - is there something out there like a rubbish chute that we use to stop bombing from heights? Any suggestions? Regards Linda

Morning Linda, How about a "Youngman" type board? should be able to secure it in the loft and foot at the bottom, plus they come in various widths and lengths to enable you to have the flexibility to reduce the angle from loft to ground to a gentle slope to reduce the bombing effect you speak of, whilst allowing the containers to slide. They are light(ish) available from hire shops or to purchase, and even can have a handrail fitted if you wanna get nuts with it! only a suggestion mind :)
