Hi all, Im currently putting together an induction training powerpoint for our new starters. I wanted to know which topics MUST be included in the training, Im doing research by reading hse guidance but any pointers you can give me will be brilliant...drivers will be driving vans approx 2-4 hours a day.

Take a look at CILTS and FTA website and also look at the RoSPA material on driving for work.  If your company has motor fleet  insurance I would also contact the fleet insurer as most have a wealth of material you can tap into for free.  You could also try the Institute for Advanced Drivers.  Loads of information out there in fact once you start digging you could get overload!!
