Hi All,
Can anyone recommend flame retardent overalls (or two piece) suitable for welding activities. No salesman please, I would just like to hear from those who have actually gone through the rigmarole of trying and testing suitable PPE.

This link give you the Network Rail approved PPE for welders from A1 Surface/Bottom edge ignition through to E1/F1 Molten Iron Splash/Contact heat. https://isslabour.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/PPE-Guide.pdf
You can buy it anywhere doesent have to be Safeaid.
Typical task duration 2/3 hours, Firemans boots, Overalls,Gloves,Visor & Helmet. Task performed was thermit welds. You would need better level of PPE for longer continous task durations,
