It does actually depend on the products used generally Ian is right but there are a few more calculations to complete the assessment. A completent supplier will give you good advice on the equipment etc, however that will be dependant on your DSEAR/ATEX risk assessment.
Don't forget that there are also Industrial Hygiene issues or Occupational Health issues that need to also be in place...
The two publication below should help you.. http://www.hse.gov.uk/pUbns/priced/hsg276.pdf

The following Standard lays out the Safety Requirements, Design and Hazardous Area Classifications for all types of Spray Booth. BSEN 16985:2018 Spray booths for organic coating material Safety requirements. This covers both wet and powder coating operations

You need to refer to BSEN 16985:85 Spray booths for organic coating material- Safety requirements. This is the standard the booth should be manufactured to and the Hazardous Area Classification has been completed for you for spray booths manufactured to this standard within the document.
It will not be a zone 0 as previously mentioned as you are not allowed to work inside a zone 0. It will be a Zone 1 Hazardous area.
If it is an open booth or has doors it also shows you how far the Hazardous Zone extends outside these areas.
