Refresher periods for IOSH Courses - Does it need refreshing?

Hi all,

We have put most of our managers through IOSH managing safely, and hope to do the same as new managers join us.

However there was a question on whether or not we nee to refresh the training and if so, what is the recommended refresher period? We are in a position where some managers took the course a while ago and need to look at if we need to look at refreshing training.

Any advice or support would be most welcome.

There is no refresher date once you have it you keep it

We refreash operational staff every 3 years IOSH managing safely/ Working safely...non-operational staff every 5 years.

I'd question the value of the course if your managers are not using some of the skills taught.
