Rank: Forum user		Hi Does anyome know how often the P402 Surveyors course should be refreshed? I have read thts it's ecery 12 months. Is this a legal requirement? Thanks

Rank: Super forum user		The HSE advises at least every 12 months to keep up to date with tecnology and tecnique changes etc.

Rank: Super forum user		The legal text on training is as you would expect wooly "given at regular intervals" BOHS mirror HSE at 12 month refresher so you would be after RP402 http://www.bohs.org/qualifications-training/bohs-qualifications/asbestos-qualifications/
