Hi all 

I wondered if anybody has a good template/process/checklist for conducting a first aid needs assessment? I have read the HSE First Aid at Work guidance, but am looking for some more support.

I use the HSE guidance leaflet 214 as a checklist, copy and paste into word and add appropriate relevance / measures / company system, together with an action or improvement section. 

I add acknowledgement of source, which is only fair but also to validate this approach for auditors.
