Hi Guys, I have a refit coming up in Oslo. We have not worked in Norway before, so looking for a little knowlegable advice. I am aware of the Working Environment Act of 2005, and the website I found advises that the Norwegian adaptation of EU Directive 1992/57/EEC is known as 'Builder Regulation 2009', and seems to be along very similar lines as CDM 2015.
However, I am unable to find the formal name of the legislation, neither am I able to find any other reference to this piece of legislation.
Does anyone happen to have a copy, or could point me in the right direction?

Note, Norway is not in the EU and so the normal sites don’t list this legislation ( I know I have just had a look)

Further note: Norway is in EFTA and as part of the European Economic Area(EAA) agreement certain legislation has been adopted by EFTA states including the building site directive. I have had a look at the EFTA site but the stuff is, as far as I can see all in Norwegian-which makes sense) Look under EFTA or EEA

Thanks for your help.
We generally run our European projects to CDM 2015 in any case. Can't see we can go far wrong. What about asbestos management in Norway? I have an email saying that there was a 100% strip out in 2005 and they will hold the responsibility if we should find any more. Would obviously prefer to be able to thumb a report.
