Hi all,

Can anyone recommend comfortable safety shoes for both office meetings and shopfloor visits?

They need to be S1P, S3 or S5 due to midsole protection requirement.

I've been looking at Uvex, any thoughts?

Regards

Over my 18 years of working within production and distribution, I have worn many types of boots, but for the past 4 years I have been wearing Uvex safety trainers, I can't rate them enough, very comfy and lightweight, more and more employees are now requesting them.

I cant comment on your requirements, as we only require S2, but you should give them a try

Why not see what Amazon has to offer.  I have some Groundworks Nubuck black leather trainers with pink flashes and pink laces (last year's were lilac).  I'm not suggesting you have the coloured ones because they do also come in plain black, but they are supremely comfortable.

Hi,

We have used the UVEX Brogues for over 3 years with no complaints and many compliments. The shoes are stylish for the office but functional for the shopfloor, highly recommended.

Our office staff tend to go for City Knights brogues. No issues with them and they are around £30 a pair from our supplier.

I go for Amblers Safety vegan boots, because I am vegan and therefore don't want leather or animal glues in my footwear. Again with no problems at around £30.

I have used the UVEX brogues or office safety shoes as some call them, comfortable and functional, to the point some doubt that they are safety shoes.

Would definetly recomend
