Hi all I'm looking into carrying at a drone survey for a wahrehouse roof that is around 25yrs old
I'd be intersted to hear if anyone has done this in the past and waht you got out of it etc. The survey will include a RICS chartered surveyor report

From many drain surveys make sure you are present to guide the pilot - it is so frustrating watching a recording days after the event and being unable to just swing that bit further left/right/up/down/in/out.back/forwards

One point, make sure whoever you get has a commercial drone licence from the caa. Also ask to see their insurances is case of an acc identify with the Drone.
