Tramper (Haulage) requesting adedicated room to exercise

Wonder if anyone has dealt with this. A driver who works away from home 4 days per week has asked for a room to made available so that exercise can be carried out. (Sit ups, press ups, burpees etc - no weight equipment). Appreciate mental health and exercise go hand in hand, however this exercise will normally be out of hours and, out of sight of staff working onsite. Appreciate the need re first aid/ showers/ safety, anyone aware of legislation surrounding this? Or can assist further?

Where is the rest of this drivers welfare e.g. sleeping, eating, toilet arrangements? Are they sleeping in, or at, your site 3 nights per week?
Any local facilities they could use?

The trampers sleep in the cabs however they attend different locations on a daily basis, they have facilities on site eg access to food, showers, drink etc. The location of the sites make it impracticable to go down the discounted gym membership/ cycle to work schemes etc.

The working and welfare conditions for many haulage drivers are abominable and their health suffers for it. If you are able to provide a space for simple exercises then that at least does something to mitigate that.

Anytime Fitness/Gymgroup etc offer gyms all over the country open 24/7. My husband uses them for work, think its about £30 a month.
