I am getting a bit confused about how to fill out my reflective record statments. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi Aron Your first posting here, so welcome to the Forums. Over 100 have read and no responses which might indicate that not many of those using the Forums have come across the course you are doing. I can't answer your question but wonder why you have chosen this particular course instead of e.g. a NEBOSH General or other Level 3 Certificate? The title sounds as if the product is aimed at senior line managers, as something similar to IOSH Leading Safely or Directing Safely rather than for those working as health and safety professionals.

Hi Peter gotch thanks for the reply. I have recently done my nebosh general certificate in occupational health and safety, just thought I would do a leadership one before starting the diploma.
