When I need one, I make my own, usually on the employer or client's document template (with their branding and preferred style), and always adapted to the precise needs and context.

Pablo Picasso: "Good artists copy, great artists steal"

It cuts both ways.  I've seen stuff I know I created years ago in other people's documents.

Template health & safety is like tick-box auditing - a dangerous path to tread because the tunnel vision it creates makes you miss the many elephants in the room.

There are many template providers available via the internet - none are bespoke to your company and your employees.

I'm with Kate, always made my own, very personal to me as self employed and before that using the company headed paper.

Always follow the HSE documents, never interpret just keep to the script.

I don't think I've missed any 'Elephants' over the years, checklists keep me focussed and after everything else I do a "sweep" over everywhere with eyes and ears wide open.

If you really want free templates go on to e.g. LinkedIn where you will find many on offer.

However:

1. Don't expect them to solve YOUR issues.

2. Do expect to have your contact details taken, so that the provider can bombard you with marketing.
