Hi All

Can anyone assist with what a good legal register looks like in line with 45001. I'm not after the whole document, just the column headings to help me lay it out in a fashion that complies and is usable.

Thank you.

The columns that I use (admittedly not yet assessed against 45001, but were OK for 18001 and I don't think anything has changed) are to the effect:

- Legislation title and hyperlink

- Summary of requirements relevant to our business

- How these requirements are met

- Who is responsible (at a senior level)

For big things like PUWER or COSHH where there is a split of responsibilities across many requirements, I like to break it down into reg x, reg y, ... instead of having one row for the whole thing.

mine is almost like Kates,

But I also add a section of what future needs to be done to comply, a reviewed date and reviewed by whom
