Dear Forum,

does anybody here know of a shoulder length electrician's glove for class 00 or 0? Something similar to below: https://www.farmacy.co.uk/products/1194-gloves-arm-length-with-shoulder-armpit-protection-50-pack

And predicting the kind of questions I am gonna get:

Yes, ideally you would like to eliminate the hazard, but we are not there yet through the product design.
The process is risk assessed and a SOP is in place but the change in PPE would further reduce safety.

Think you are going to struggle with this one.

I had a chemical issue where for a short stature employee I was seeking something similar but more robust than a polyethylene sleeve so they could clean a chemical mix tank without contaminating the arm pit area of their coveralls. Tyvek overalls were no good as the chemical rapidly permeated the provided protection.

Many suppliers and internet searches later we eventually gave up finding an off the shelf solution and were forced in to a bespoke product.
