Do any of you wonderful people have an existing template for a GAP analysis for 45001 or 18001 / HSG 65

The bigger auditing companies tend to have these free on their web sites for things like ISO9001 and 14001 so possibly they also have one for 14001.

Alternatively, get the standard, list out each clause in a spreadsheet and then make notes next to each one as to where in your system the output from the requirement is held /dealt with. Time consuming, but helps put each clause into place when you do it yourself.
