Hi
Im researching into LEV requirements, the building is about to have a change of use and will require HGV's vehicles entering to unload only .
My advice would be to monitor the environment and complete a RA, but if LEV is required it would need be installed before it becomes operatioal.

I think only a risk assessment and air monitoring assessment could answer that and it would also depend on
How many LGV's are to be entering a day?
will the engines be running while parked?
will the doors be closed/open? How big is the unit?
