Hello Benek84. No one could possibly answer that question with a meaningful answer, the scope is too large. What are your aims? Why have you decided to include Safety Management where you did not before? How big is your company? What is your primary offer/product/market? etc etc. I think you need to find an H&S consultant, tell your story and ask for advice. Sorry if that is not the answer you were looking for.

As stated above this is very hard to do without knowing anything about your business. Here are a few pointers to get you started though - PPE - At least one pair of boots per person per year, glasses, gloves etc. Only you can work out how many you require and how often they will be changed
- Training - FLT training, manual handling training etc including refresher courses. Again you would need to look at your training records to see what levels you require
- Projects - Money set aside for various projects (maybe you want to replace the fire doors, get a new COSHH cupboard, purchase a new piece of MHE)
- Subscription services - Do you need to pay for any subscriptions to external resources or software etc.
- Inspections - LOLER inspection, PAT testing, Pressurized systems, LEV etc. Again look at your records and do an audit of what you obligations are
- Health Surveillance - Lung function, skin, hearing etc. Do you need to monitor any particular aspect(s) of your staff health?
- Other Resources - Do you need to purchase IT equipment, folders, filing cabinets etc
I am sure there are many more that I have missed, but hopefully that will get you started. Look at past invoices and take it from there.

A good place to begin might be by meeting with the decision makers in the business to discuss aims and objectives for the coming year with respect to HSE. If you are certified to 14001 and/or 45001, this should be done at the management review meeting. The list of items to consider in clause 9.3 (especially 9e) can help you with your strategy and hopefully allow you to put costs on each to form your budget.
