Safety Workshops - Looking for advice

Hi All, 

I am looking to develop a number of 1 day workshops for staff on some Safety topics. Two I have in mind straight away are Safety Leadership and Behavioural Safety. We currently do not have the budget to pay for these externally so I was hoping to get advice on how I could arrange these workshops and what materials/lesson plan I could include. Any ideas on case studies/exercises etc would be great. 

I have designed a lot of ppts but never really a workshop and I was looking to do a good job on these. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is information and case studies on the HSE website so that would be a good starting point.
